An integrated project team organizes and manages the full range of processes necessary to meet project demands, from the initial planning phase through to final customer acceptance. Our streamlined engagement process encompasses administration of personnel, resource scheduling and co-ordination, project plan review and evaluation, variance analysis and project status reporting

The primary activities involved in managing a successful deployment can be broken down into the following basic categories: controls, resource and material coordination, and installation/implementation.

In each group, there are three prevailing objectives:

  • Complete the elements of the project within budget and on schedule.
  • Maximize the involvement of local participants (engineers, technicians, management, etc.).
  • Create top-quality infrastructures with the flexibility to meet future communications demands.
